When you find out you're pregnant, you're overjoyed and excited and maybe, like me very very nauseous. Then it sets in, and you realize research and registering for baby items is as overwhelmed as registering for your wedding. After a year of keeping a tiny human alive, I have learned a lot about different products that will make your life easier.

As soon as we found out we were having a boy we knew we wanted our nursery to be adventure-themed. What started out as an adventure theme quickly turned into an Alaska-themed room. If you know us this is NO SURPRISE! I’ve always felt a strange sense of guilt knowing my kids wouldn’t grow up in Alaska like I did. Although I have no desire to move back, I’m convinced that growing up in Alaska is a one-of-a-kind experience and a childhood I wouldn’t trade for anything. Fortunately, we go back often and I married someone who loves Alaska as much (possibly more) than I do.

After coming out of a season of quarantine I knew when I began to travel again I wanted to make sure I took precautions to keep both myself and others safe.
